Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nizami Herbal delivers authentic herbal products across Pakistan through trusted courier partners (primarily TCS). This policy explains delivery areas, timelines, charges, and what to expect after you place an order.

1. Delivery coverage

We deliver to major cities and towns nationwide, including but not limited to:

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot
• 200+ cities and towns served by our courier network

Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer. If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you on WhatsApp before dispatch.

2. Delivery timelines

• Major cities: 2–3 business days after dispatch
• Other cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Peak seasons (Eid, sales): +1–2 days possible

Orders are processed after confirmation. You receive WhatsApp updates when your order ships.

3. Shipping charges

• Free delivery on orders of Rs. 2,000 and above
• Standard delivery: Rs. 200 for orders below Rs. 2,000
• Final courier charge is confirmed at dispatch; any difference is communicated before shipping

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide. Please keep exact change ready when possible. The courier will collect the full order amount at delivery. Online payment via PayFast is available when enabled at checkout.

5. Order tracking

Track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and the last 4 digits of your phone. Logged-in customers can also view status in My Orders.

6. Failed delivery attempts

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone, the courier may return the parcel. Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 333 7777162 within 24 hours to reschedule.

7. Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the outer box and product, then WhatsApp us within 24 hours. See our Returns Policy for replacements.
